The Etobicoke Sports Hall of Fame is proud to announce Hannah Manners as the Athlete of the Month for February 2025.

A proud graduate of Richview Collegiate Institute, Hannah has been an exceptional ambassador not only for her high school but for the entire Etobicoke community over the past four years as a standout member of the Humber Hawks Women’s Volleyball Team. This season, she led the Hawks to an incredible 24-1 record, capping it off with a historic Canadian College Athletic (CCAA) National Silver Medal—the first in program history and the first time an Ontario College (OCAA) has reached the CCAA National final since 1987.

Her 2025 season was nothing short of extraordinary, earning her:

  • CCAA All-Tournament Team

  • OCAA Championship MVP

  • OCAA First-Team All-Star

And her career accolades are equally impressive:

  • 2023 CCAA Bronze Medalist

  • 3× OCAA Provincial Champion (’22, ’23, ’25)

  • 2023 OCAA Second-Team All-Star

  • 2023 Warrick Manners Sportsmanship Award

  • CCAA Athlete of the Week – Feb. 24, 2025

  • OCAA Athlete of the Week – Feb. 24, 2025

  • 2× Humber Athlete of the Week

Hannah’s leadership, skill, and unwavering commitment have made a lasting impact at Humber and across collegiate volleyball in Canada.

A big congratulations to Hannah Manners for being named the Etobicoke Sports Hall of Fame Athlete of the Month.

Special thanks to Canadian Tire, The Queensway for their generous support of the Etobicoke Sports Hall of Fame, helping us honour our Athlete of the Month.
