Lakeshore Collegiate Institute

Summary

Madison Weins is a graduating grade 12 student at Lakeshore Collegiate Institute. As a student council and prom committee member, she has been playing her role in being a determined student-athlete.

Being an honour student and a part of the advanced placement program has led her into her dream field of psychology which she will pursue at Guelph University. Her passion for cheerleading started when she was 7 years old and since then has overcome numerous obstacles to reach the goals she has achieved today. After doing gymnastics she had her first tryout at PCT in 2020, which was her dream come true.

Her Nana has been her number one supporter and made it possible for her, driving her to practice two nights a week and to ever y competition. Most recently her team won nationals in Niagara Falls and is next headed to Florida to compete at a world-level competition. Maddy’s next milestone will be getting on the Guelph cheerleading team she has been training for.
